Flat bottom silos are the ideal choice for bulk and long-term dry storage, particularly for capacities exceeding 500 MT.  Their design, incorporating advanced technology, ensures they can withstand the rigors of various material storage applications.  Our silos are constructed using corrugated, preformed panels assembled cylindrically on circular purlins and vertical stiffeners. These are securely bolted onto heavy concrete rings with deep civil foundations, designed specifically for the silo's size and the site's conditions.

• Robust Construction: LGS Projects' flat bottom silos are built to last. We use high-quality, strong materials, including Zincalume steel sheets with a strength of 350MPa. This alloy coating of zinc, aluminum, and silicon, applied at 600 degrees centigrade, provides superior corrosion resistance. Furthermore, a special resin coating and passivation enhance scratch resistance. We can also provide standard GI Silos with G-140 (450gr/m2) or G-115 (350gr/m2) zinc coating upon request.
